Terms of sale

The rules that apply when you buy in-game cash from Cruisetto.

1. Who you are buying from

Cruisetto is a private Assetto Corsa server run as a small online service. The business name, address, email and phone number are on the contact page. By paying for a package you accept these terms.

2. What you are buying

A digital item: in-game cash for your character on the Cruisetto server. It has no value outside the server, cannot be transferred to another player and cannot be exchanged for real money. Buying cash does not unlock anything that cannot also be earned by playing.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Ko-fi in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own rate. We may change prices or package contents at any time — a change never affects an order that was already paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic. A purchase started on the store page is attached to your Steam ID before you leave for Ko-fi, so the reward is on the account within seconds of the payment. A purchase made on Ko-fi without opening the store first gives you a voucher code instead; claim it on the orders page or in game with /voucher <code>. Type /balance in game to check. If nothing arrives, write to us within 7 days of the payment with the Ko-fi order number and your Steam ID64.

5. Your account

You must own the Steam account you are buying for, and the Steam ID64 you give must be yours. Cash bought for an account that is later banned for breaking the server rules is not refunded. We may reverse credits that came from a fraudulent payment or a payment dispute.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Ko-fi (card or PayPal). We never see or store your card details. Refunds are handled under the refund policy and go back to the same payment method that paid.

7. Fair use

In-game cash may not be resold, traded for real money, or used to run a paid service for other players. Accounts that abuse the economy, exploit bugs or attempt to obtain cash without paying may be suspended and the credit removed.

8. Changes to the service

The server is a hobby project: content, rules and availability can change. If Cruisetto closes permanently, we will say so on the Discord, and any payment that was taken but not delivered will be refunded.

9. Liability

The server is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, a lost in-game item or a change to the game or its modifications, beyond the amount you paid for the package concerned.

10. Law and contact

Cruisetto is a private community server. It is not affiliated with Kunos Simulazioni, Assetto Corsa, or any payment provider named on this site.
